LVH (left ventricular hypertrophy ) in AH (arterial hypertension )
 

ECG of a 49 years old patent ,who is suffering from hypertension 3 degrees for last  7 years  .

ECG Description:

* Sinus rhythm, HR= 60 bpm

*Normal Electrical axis of the heart  (the maximum amount of teeth QRS - in lead II, "perpendicular" retraction - aVL)..

*Signs of left ventricular hypertrophy:

-Sokolov-Lyons index = 37mm (depth of S in V1 + R in the height of V5-V6> 35 mm)

-S wave in lead aVR> 14 mm

-ST depression and T's inversion of the "left" leads I, V5, V6 (the so-called signs of overload of  LV)
