ECG Description :

Non sinus rhythm , atrial fibrillation( f- wave), normosystolic variant ≈ heart rate 70 bpm.

Electrical axis of heart is normal

Signs of left ventricular hypertrophy (Rv6> Rv5> Rv4; Rv5-6> 25 mm; These criteria are  less reliable  , So need additional research methods ( of echocardiogram) to confirm or refuse  the LVH.

The V5-6 is observed Kosoniskhodyaschaya segment depression ST, which is characteristic of myocardial ischemia. Also, do not forget that the ischemic changes of ST-T should be differentiated from its secondary changes caused, in this case, LVH.
